A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) deflagrou, na segunda-feira (23\/5), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o Drug Stored, visando combater a corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos destinados a fins terap\u00eauticos e medicinais, como tamb\u00e9m o crime de estelionato, na cidade de Ub\u00e1, Zona da Mata mineira.<\/p>\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o, um dep\u00f3sito de medicamento clandestino foi identificado na \u00e1rea central da cidade. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com apoio de fiscais da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria do munic\u00edpio e resultou na apreens\u00e3o de cerca de R$1,5 milh\u00e3o em produtos ilegais.<\/p>\n

“Nessa opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidos diversos medicamentos de uso restrito \u2014 sem registro da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) \u2014 e de origem ignorada, com informa\u00e7\u00f5es de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o em diversos pa\u00edses como Irlanda, \u00cdndia e R\u00fassia, sem nenhum registro no Brasil. Levantamentos preliminares revelam que os valores dos golpes aplicados e das mercadorias corrompidas podem ultrapassar R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o”, explica o delegado Douglas Mota, respons\u00e1vel pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo ele, foram apreendidos 400 frascos de subst\u00e2ncia que tem valor de mercado unit\u00e1rio de R$ 1.350, al\u00e9m de outras subst\u00e2ncias sem registro na Anvisa e consideradas de alto custo. Al\u00e9m disso, foram apreendidas, aproximadamente, 400 mil luvas de l\u00e1tex, sendo a maioria sem registro nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de controle.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, uma suposta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa \u2014 com atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos estados de Minas Gerais, S\u00e3o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2014 instalou-se na cidade, onde integrantes do grupo estariam utilizando uma empresa de fachada para aplicar estelionato em distribuidoras de medicamentos e de Equipamentos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Individual (EPIs) hospitalares.<\/p>\n

As apura\u00e7\u00f5es indicam, ainda, que eles realizavam o armazenamento e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos de uso restrito de proced\u00eancia ignorada e sem registro na Anvisa.<\/p>\n

Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es do delegado, os investigados, pelas pr\u00e1ticas criminosas, est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0s penas que, se somadas, podem alcan\u00e7ar 31 anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem pela Delegacia de Narc\u00f3ticos, unidade que integra a 2\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia Civil em Ub\u00e1, pertencente ao 4\u00ba Departamento da PCMG.<\/p>\n
