A reuni\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a do vice-prefeito Vin\u00edcius Samor de Lacerda. O prefeito nos informou que o objetivo foi obter o m\u00e1ximo de informa\u00e7\u00f5es no sentido de agilizar os trabalhos, colocando a cidade nos eixos o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel. O mandat\u00e1rio salientou que um novo decreto de emerg\u00eancia foi assinado, facilitando, assim, a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas, evitando a burocracia das licita\u00e7\u00f5es. Ao t\u00e9rmino do encontro, que durou um pouco mais de duas horas, o prefeito permaneceu em seu gabinete para receber os quatro profissionais da Defesa Civil de Belo Horizonte.
