Origem do Dia do Goleiro<\/h2>\n

O Dia do Goleiro \u00e9 celebrado em 26 de abril em homenagem \u00e0 A\u00edlton Corr\u00eaa Arruda<\/strong>, mais conhecido como o “goleiro Manga”<\/strong>, consagrado como um dos melhores goleiros da hist\u00f3ria!<\/p>\n

Manga nasceu em 26 de abril de 1937 e defendeu times como o Sport do Recife (onde tudo come\u00e7ou, na verdade), Botafogo, Porto Alegre, Coritiba, Gr\u00eamio, entre outros. Com tanto talento, claro que n\u00e3o podia deixar de defender a Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira, em amistosos e em Copas do Mundo.<\/p>\n

A ideia de criar o Dia Nacional do Goleiro surgiu em 1975, a partir de uma iniciativa dos Professores da Escola de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica do Ex\u00e9rcito do Rio de Janeiro, Raul Carlesso e o capit\u00e3o Reginaldo Pontes Bielinski. Carlesso era o preparador f\u00edsico da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira durante a Copa do Mundo de 1974 e foi o pioneiro em desenvolver uma prepara\u00e7\u00e3o especial para os goleiros no Brasil.<\/p>\n

No come\u00e7o, a data foi comemorada em 14 de abril, por\u00e9m, no ano seguinte (1976) alteraram para 26 de abril, homenageando o goleiro Manga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
