O autor revirou a resid\u00eancia e subtraiu um celular preto da marca LG, evadindo em seguida, deixando no local um pino de subst\u00e2ncia an\u00e1loga \u00e0 coca\u00edna. Ap\u00f3s levantamentos a Pol\u00edcia Militar localizou o autor Webert Maciel da Costa de 24 anos, j\u00e1 conhecido no meio policial, o qual n\u00e3o acatou a ordem legal de parada e resistiu \u00e0 pris\u00e3o chegando a lesionar os policiais. Durante a abordagem, resistiu novamente \u00e0 pris\u00e3o, sendo usadas t\u00e9cnicas de imobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o\/for\u00e7amentos das articula\u00e7\u00f5es, vindo a ser dominado, e preso.
